  • Guided the strategic execution of a litigation investigation by utilizing cross-functional teams to ascertain documentation of improper and fraudulent transfers, fraud on the court, debtor failure to disclose $250 million dollars worth of FCC Spectrum licenses to the court, and other improper conduct
  • Manage and draft 100+ bankruptcy remote transactions, True Sale, and Non-consolidation Opinions for conduit real estate deals and securitizations
  • Represented clients (with Otto Obermierer at Weil Gotshal & Manges) targeted in bankruptcy fraud investigations conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s office. Provided legal analysis and negotiation to obtain misdemeanor, no jail time, plea for client, and release of client’s son from all criminal claims arising from alleged bankruptcy fraud
